What’s a Pop Up Cycling studio?

Our “pop up format” is a one of kind
“concierge” that allows guest to experience unique locales within door steps. All classes spring up in a 5 mins radius of communities, parks, roof top settings, event spaces, breweries and local businesses. You name spot and we will figure out the riding experience. Our schedule times stays the same, however the location changes providing different experiences

I'm new to cycling, will I be able to handle it?

Yes! We want to make sure your first visit to GRIND+CYCLE is fun, stress-free. At GRIND+CYCLE, we only ask that you give 100% of your personal best! We do not compete – we encourage. We welcome and cater to people at every point of their fitness journey. The difficulty of the class is at your discretion and can be controlled by the speed and resistance you’re most comfortable with. If you have any injuries or physical concerns, please inform your instructor before class so they can give you advice on how to modify any portion of the workout, if necessary.  In the end, it’s YOUR ride.

How to book a class?

1. Sign up
2. Select a Class from the Schedule + Bike
3. Select a credit package (please read the terms of the pack) – Your unused credit are available when you select your next class

How do I use my credits?

Once you purchase your credits, you can utilize them up to the expiration terms and at any of our locations/locales, excluding events.

Do I need bike shoes?

No, although we encourage you to wear them to be most connected to the bike. If you don’t have any, don’t worry! All of our bikes are compatible with regular sneakers, or SPD cleats.

Do I need to make a reservation for class?

Yes! You are able to book your bike here, We do not accept unpaid reservations over the phone or in person. You must have a valid class or class package on your account in order to reserve a bike.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes. You can cancel your reserved bike 6 hours prior to the start of class and it will be returned to your account to use at a later date. If you cancel after the 6 hour window closes, you will lose your ride.

When should I arrive?

For new riders, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before the start of class to get acquainted with bike set-up. If you are running a few minutes late – no problem, but, we ask that no one begin class more than 10 minutes late.

What is your refund policy?

We have a strict no-refund policy so please do not purchase classes or packages unless you are sure you will use them.
